So I finally realised that I needed a business plan; and I almost got to writing one; but something else got in the way, again!

So now it began to feel like a real business! I had a distributor in the largest market in the world and was actually selling some product on a regular basis.

So there I was, 100 units of my new product on the shelf but not moving very fast. Didn't understand what I had done wrong and had no idea what to do next.

So I went into a period of sulking

Even though I had worked in most areas of my 'chosen' pro audio industry during the last 20 years, I found it still left me totally unprepared for the challenge of starting a small business.
