I've met many helpful & knowledgeable people over the past 12 months through the Kickstart Scheme and without Kickstart my business would be still a pipe dream. I got in touch with Kickstart when my business plan was just one sheet of A4 and I had to use a large font to fill the space, I've been a Taxi Driver within Bradford for 5 years & the concept was simple I wanted to provide CCTV to Taxi Drivers for FREE by selling advertising space. My Kickstart Advisor & AmazeYourself@Bradford helped me turn my idea into a detailed business plan. This plan helped me to achieve funding from Business Enterprise Fund and now after 12 months of planning, I am due to launch CabTure in May 2010. CabTure has a unique opportunity within Bradford to promote local & national companies through a network of advertising screens fitted into Taxi & Private Hire Vehicles within the district. For the launch we have 10 vehicles and 80 advertising spaces available, during April we are giving a 2nd advert for FREE so companies can have 2 vehicles driving around showing their advert to over 1000 people a month for 12 months for just £250. I'm really excited about the launch and looking forward to seeing my screens being driven around this wonderful city by Taxi Drivers that are protected by my CCTV equipment. Without Kickstart none of this would have been possible.
