WHO WE ARE

CREATIVE SPACES CIC is a new social enterprise developed by staff at the well-established, respected charity, Bradford Community Environment Project (BCEP).
CREATIVE SPACES CIC has evolved out of a programme within the charity called Urban Design Works which forms part of Bradford's Environmental Task Force

To improve the environmental, social and economic well-being of the communities within which we work.

WHAT THAT MEANS IN REALITY

• CREATIVE SPACES CIC is a social business that works alongside individuals, community groups and other partners to improve the quality of the built and natural environment.
• CREATIVE SPACES CIC works to empower communities to develop sustainable, cleaner, greener and safer environments that are attractive to both residents and businesses.
• CREATIVE SPACES CIC provides training and volunteering opportunities and by creating new jobs through the growth of the business we aim to stimulate economic activity within the communities in which we work.
• CREATIVE SPACES CIC services seek to be an important part in the regeneration of communities to create areas that will attract businesses to locate to and invest in.
• CREATIVE SPACES CIC improves the social well-being of communities through the creation of spaces that become havens for people to relax, feel safe, meet, are encouraged to use and have a sense of ownership of.
