So I finally realised that I needed a business plan; and I almost got to writing one; but something else got in the way, again! They say that you spend your 'enterprising time' doing what you like doing, and my thing is product development! So the business plan went on hold and I joyfully spent my spare hours developing my second audio product.

The new product is actually quite good and it does have a reasonable profit margin and I have actually sold some, so lots of up sides.

I've also got together a pretty nice new website and I have gone on a mission to find some more distributors which looks likely to bear fruit in the near future.

I guess if I could by a business plan at Tescos then I'd probably go and buy one right now. I know it is the right thing to do and I know I should do it.

I'm guessing that the day I actually do the business plan will be the same day my little 'hobby' business actually takes off!
